Directions

Foot Body Butter: Apply and massage liberally on feet. Can use on the body to nourish dry skin daily, and/or after your shower.

Nasal Inhalers: Place inhaler near or carefully on the outer border of the nostril and take 3-5 slow, deeps breaths in through the nose. Switch nostrils & repeat. Use as needed. Keep container closed when not in use.

Pain Salve: Massage any amount of formula onto area of tension.
