DIY Respiratory Relief Tea (Video)

Upper respiratory symptoms can feel irritating and quite uncomfortable. Whether it's warm or cold season we can all experience respiratory issues, so I'm here to share a simple and tasty recipe to ease symptoms like cough, congestion and sore throat.

Ingredients: 

  • Thyme Leaves (handful of fresh, or dry),
  • Sage Leaves (handful of fresh, or dry),
  • Holy Basil aka Tulsi Tea Bag (I personally enjoy the Buddha Tea brand)
  • Local Honey (1-2 spoonful's for allergy relief benefit)
  • Boiling pot of water
