Order Cancellations

Please note that we take the time to make each product by hand once an order is placed, so we do not accept order cancelations/refunds. Each order is final once the purchase has been made. 

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds unless the item is unused and in its original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our end. Possible returns can only be done within the first 12 days of receiving product. This is only valid for online orders. In person, or market orders are final. If you need to return or exchange an item, send an email to info@aromanthi.com and we can give you further details.

You will be offered a return label via email to print and add to the package you are planning to ship back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Policy

100% of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

US: Free Standard Shipping over $100 (3-5 business days; may be subject to vary based on the shipping company). Free shipping not included for US territories.

Canada: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (5-10 business days)- orders to Canada are subject to customs fees and all shipping and handling costs.
